Marco was born in Cagliari in 1977. BEng (1st class honours with distinction) in Structural Engineering at the University of Cagliari, 2001 MSc in Digital Architecture at the National Architecture Institute of Rome, 2003. He completed his military service duties as an Officier of the Italian Navy, where he was involved in the design of barracks and other military infrastructures. In 2004 he worked with ABDR in Rome for the structural design of the High-Speed Train Station ‘’Tiburtina’’. He attended Post-Tensioned Slab Design post-graduate courses at the Imperial College of London in 2008, thus becoming an expert and a pioneer in this field in Sardinia. Marco gives high importance to quality and details in his projects and he is firmly convinced that the most succesful projects are the result of the correct combination of architecture and engineering. He has a direct approach with people and enjoys working in different fields of his profession, always supporting each project until its succesful completion. His role in the practice is Design Principal and Construction Manager.
